If both parties are in agreement regarding the added value, we shall proceed to execute a mutually beneficial collaboration agreement and commence with the project.

Futurespaces presents a comprehensive development study to facilitate the implementation of your real estate project. Our team ensures seamless coordination with the city council and offering expert guidance on regulatory issues. The duration of this study depends on the project, but it is typically between 3 and 5 months on average.
